AUTONOMOUS HEALTHCARE INC.

Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 9, 2026

Autonomous Healthcare Inc. (“AHI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website located at autonomoushealthcare.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy describes the limited information we collect when you visit the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site. Our Countra product website and application are governed by a separate privacy policy available at https://www.countra.ai/privacy-policy. Protected health information (PHI) that we handle in the course of providing services to our customers is governed by our Business Associate Agreements with those customers and applicable law, not by this Privacy Policy. Please do not send PHI or any patient information through the Site or by email to the contact addresses listed on the Site.

Information We Collect

The Site is informational. We do not offer user accounts, forms, or transactions on the Site. We collect only the following:

  1. Information you choose to send us. If you contact us by email at an address listed on the Site, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use this information to respond to you and for related business correspondence.
  2. Usage data collected by Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC (“Google”), to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, approximate geographic location, referring website, and the dates and times of your visits.

How We Use Information

We use the information described above to operate, maintain, and improve the Site, to understand aggregate visitor traffic and interest in our products, and to respond to inquiries. We do not use Site information for advertising, and we do not sell or share personal information collected through the Site with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Google Analytics

Information generated by Google Analytics about your use of the Site is transmitted to and stored by Google. Google processes this information to provide analytics reports to us and as described in its own policies. You can learn more about how Google collects and processes data at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Cookies

The Site uses cookies only as part of Google Analytics as described above. You can set your browser to refuse some or all cookies or to alert you when cookies are being set. If you disable cookies, the Site will remain fully usable.

“Do Not Track” Signals

Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals. Because there is no common industry standard for interpreting DNT signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. You can limit analytics data collection using the Google Analytics opt-out add-on described above or through your browser’s cookie controls.

Sharing of Information

We share information collected through the Site only with service providers who process it on our behalf (such as Google, as described above), or if required to comply with law or legal process, to protect the rights, property, or safety of AHI or others, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

Data Retention

We retain email correspondence for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by our internal retention schedules and applicable law. Analytics data is retained in accordance with the retention settings we configure in Google Analytics.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 years of age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the address below.

Visitors From Outside the United States

The Site is operated from the United States, and information collected through the Site is processed and stored in the United States. If you visit the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

Links to Other Sites

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including our product sites and external publications. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be indicated by a prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
